Cancellation & Refund Policy

If we cancel a booking due to natural calamities, strike or any circumstances beyond our control, bookings can be rescheduled or you are entitled for a full refund. Management will not be liable for the charges incurred for re-arranging your travel plans.
Rescheduled booking will not be possible during weekends, holidays and peak dates.
100% of the payment will be Refunded if cancelled 7 Days prior to the date.
75 % Refund,if cancelled in-between 7 to 3 days in Check In.
25 % Refund,if cancelled in-between 3 to 1 days in Check In.
0 % Refund,if cancelled in-between 1 to 0 days in Check In.
Credit/Debit card cancellations will be charged 5% extra.
If the customer is unable to reach at the date/time of your booking in the Boarding place, whatever the reason maybe, no amount will be refunded under any circumstances and you cannot claim your amount on this issue.
If the Boat owners are not able to provide you with another one due to any technical issue or because of any natural calamities or strikes etc., 100% of the amount will be refunded, which you paid at the time of booking.
In case your a/c is not working in any rooms, a reasonable amount will be refunded by the boat owners during the check out time.
In the event of power outages or voltage variations, the air conditioning system on the houseboat may experience dripping. This is a normal response to fluctuations in power supply, crew is equipped to switch the power source to the generator (DG) within 15-30 minutes of such occurrences.
It may take a minimum of 2-7 working days to get refunds for the bookings made through cheque/debit/credit cards via cheque only.
It may take a minimum of 2-14 working days to get credit/debit cards refund by online.
Credit/debit card cancellations will be charged 5% extra.
